Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA/QC Inspectorto join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control procedures on construction projects to ensure all work meets required standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures.
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify workmanship and material compliance.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, checklists, and test records.
Coordinate inspections with consultants, engineers, and relevant authorities.
Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Review material submittals, method statements, and inspection and test plans (ITPs).
Maintain records of quality control activities and ensure proper documentation is submitted and archived.
Support project teams in maintaining quality standards and improving project performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and inspection procedures.
Experience with QA/QC documentation, ITPs, method statements, and quality reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Relevant certification in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Welding Inspection.
