Business Development Supervisor (Tobago)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Supervisor to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth in Tobago. This candidate will also supervise all other personnel conducting business on behalf of our organization in Tobago. We will be considering candidates from both Trinidad and Tobago.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition

- Prepare and deliver pitches, presentations, and proposals to clients and prospects

- Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth

- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to management

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field

- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
