Role Description:

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven BPO Talent Acquisition Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Chaguanas. In this capacity, you will lead our high-volume recruitment team within the BPO sector, taking responsibility for designing scalable hiring strategies and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-fill. You will lead, mentor, and train a team of recruiters to ensure consistency in policy implementation and the achievement of aggressive hiring targets. The ideal candidate possesses mandatory experience in the BPO industry and a proven track record of managing recruitment teams in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Drive and direct end-to-end recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with BPO operational requirements and client ramp-ups.
Process Optimization: Implement and refine strategic hiring procedures to improve recruitment metrics, conversion rates, and candidate quality.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with the Recruiting Director and Department Heads to forecast hiring needs and define technical/soft skill requirements for various lines of business.
Innovation: Develop and implement advanced interviewing techniques and assessment tools (e.g., language assessments, behavioral screenings) to ensure high-quality hires.
Budget & Resource Management: Oversee recruitment databases, job board ROI, and advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective lead generation.
Performance Management: Set clear KPIs, benchmarks, and monthly hiring quotas for the team; provide continuous coaching to drive high performance.
Compliance & Training: Lead the training and supervision of recruitment staff on company policies, legal compliance, and HRIS/ATS updates.
Reporting: Analyze recruitment data and lead weekly status meetings with leadership to report on funnel health and potential risks.

Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience in leadership roles specifically within the BPO/Call Center industry (Mandatory).
Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS architecture; ability to leverage technology to automate workflows.
Strong familiarity with recruitment KPIs (CPL, Time-to-Fill, Attrition, Yield Ratios).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
