The Executive Chef will be responsible for full leadership of the kitchen, including menu development, food quality, cost control, and team performance, while upholding the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency
Design, develop, and execute innovative menus and recipes, including wellness-focused options
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high performance
Manage food costs, inventory, portion control, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Collaborate with management and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent executive-level kitchen experience
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume or quality-driven kitchen
Strong leadership and people-management skills in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated creativity with solid knowledge of international and contemporary cuisines
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence
