Education:

Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or a related technical field.
Additional training in industrial maintenance, automation, or power systems is an asset.
Electrical safety certifications.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing, processing plants, or similar industrial environments.
Demonstrated experience in:
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Working with low and medium voltage systems.
Previous experience in similar environments is highly desirable.
