𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲: Sales Representative

oDeliver is seeking a confident and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and contact potential merchants

• Conduct outbound sales via calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and in-person visits

• Present oDeliver’s delivery solutions clearly and professionally

• Onboard merchants and guide them through sign-up and first shipment

• Follow up consistently to ensure merchants become active users

• Maintain accurate records of leads, sign-ups, and activations

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience preferred (B2B, field sales, telesales, or merchant acquisition)

• Goal-oriented and KPI-driven

• Able to explain pricing and services clearly

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection

• Organized with strong follow-up habits

• Must have a reliable car
