🚨 Career Opportunity: Project Delivery Lead

Kadvisor Limited is assisting a client in identifying a results-oriented Project Delivery Lead to drive strategic and operational projects across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

📍 Location: Trinidad & Tobago

💰 Compensation: TTD $16,000 to TT18,000.00 per month

📱 Additional Benefit: Communication Allowance or Company-Issued Device

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering cross-functional projects, driving accountability across stakeholders, improving project visibility, and ensuring initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects across multiple business functions

✔ Establish project governance, reporting, and accountability mechanisms

✔ Monitor project risks, issues, timelines, and deliverables

✔ Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders across Production, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and other departments

✔ Drive project execution and continuous improvement initiatives

✔ Prepare project updates and status reports for leadership

Ideal Candidates Must Possess:

▪ Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation

▪ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

▪ Ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority

▪ Experience within manufacturing, operations, supply chain, ERP, business transformation, or continuous improvement environments would be considered an asset

▪ Demonstrated ability to balance project priorities with day-to-day operational demands
