About the Opportunity

The Hospitality Professionals Network (HPN) is recruiting motivated Territory Managers worldwide to promote and grow the platform within assigned markets.

Successful applicants will receive an exclusive territory consisting of a state or country, depending on the market’s size. Territory Managers will promote HPN to hospitality professionals and businesses through social media and other approved digital channels.

This is a remote, commission-based independent-contractor opportunity. No in-person work is required.

Responsibilities

The Territory Manager will:

Promote HPN to hospitality professionals throughout the assigned territory.
Encourage professionals to register and purchase Premium Subscriptions.
Introduce hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, villas, tourism companies and other hospitality businesses to HPN.
Recruit businesses as members, sponsors and Discount Partners.
Manage online communication with prospective members and businesses.
Share approved HPN marketing materials and unique referral links.
Develop digital campaigns to increase awareness, registrations and paid memberships.
Build relationships with hospitality and tourism organizations within the territory.
Maintain accurate records of promotional activities and prospective clients.
Represent HPN professionally, honestly and in accordance with its policies.

Compensation

Territory Managers receive a guaranteed commission rate of 10% of all qualifying Premium Subscription and business-membership revenue generated within their assigned territory.

Commissions are calculated and paid monthly.
Payments can be made through PayPal or bank transfer.
Revenue is tracked through unique Territory Manager referral links and members’ registration and billing information.
Potential earnings may range from U$1,500 to U$5,000 per month, depending on territory size, market activity, sales performance and revenue generated.

The earnings range is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Actual earnings are entirely performance-based.

Exclusive Territory

Approved Territory Managers will be assigned an exclusive state or country. No additional Territory Manager will be appointed to the same territory during the contract term, provided the appointed manager consistently meets the required activity targets and complies with the program terms.

Monthly Activity Targets

Territory Managers are expected to generate a minimum of:

50 new hospitality-professional registrations per month.
One new business registration per month.

Territory Managers who consistently fail to achieve the minimum targets may lose their exclusive appointment.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using social-media and digital-marketing platforms.
The ability to develop professional relationships online.
An interest in the hospitality, tourism or recruitment industries.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
The ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
A professional and ethical approach to online marketing.
Reliable access to the internet, a computer or smartphone.
A PayPal account and/or bank account for commission payments.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, tourism, recruitment or business development is beneficial but not mandatory.

Contract Status
