Role Description The Engineering Solutions Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Port of Spain. This position is responsible for presenting and positioning engineering software solutions to prospective and existing clients, including preparing demonstrations, proposals, and solution overviews tailored to specific technical and business needs. The role involves conducting discovery meetings, understanding client requirements, and collaborating with technical teams to recommend appropriate infrastructure, modeling, and plant-management tools. Day-to-day activities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, coordinating client meetings, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and supporting the onboarding of new customers. The Engineering Solutions Executive will also provide ongoing account management and subscription renewals, liaise with professional services teams to ensure successful implementations, and contribute feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
Experience in Professional Services and Consulting, including conducting needs assessments and recommending tailored engineering or software solutions.
Proven Sales skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing opportunities in a B2B or technical solutions environment.
Qualifications and experience in structural or civil engineering or closely related technical field is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with infrastructure, design, modeling, or plant-management software is an advantage.
Ability to build long-term client relationships, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office productivity software.
Relevant post-secondary education (e.g., degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline) or equivalent professional experience.
