Job Description:
Support real estate and workplace operations by managing administrative workflows, vendor coordination, and project tracking for construction initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Attend weekly OAC meetings to support construction project management
Manage project documents, budgets, and schedules in PM software
Create and submit PRs and POs for vendors, equipment, and services
Track PO approvals and guide requests through procurement workflows
Submit NDAs and vendor agreements; track legal approvals and signatures
Collect and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and external vendors
Triage and manage high-volume inbound operational requests

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

5+ years of experience in real estate and/or construction
Background in project management with exposure to both architectural and contractor environments
Experience supporting construction or workplace projects
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
Experience creating and managing PRs/POs and working with procurement processes
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and spreadsheets
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in high-growth or fast-paced corporate environments
Familiarity with lease administration concepts (critical dates, landlord/tenant responsibilities)
Experience with lease management or construction PM software
