Role Description

This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is located in Vieux Fort. The representative will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, providing assistance, and delivering exceptional service. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a positive experience, and effectively communicating solutions. Representatives will also document interactions, adhere to company policies, and consistently meet performance targets.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering Customer Satisfaction
Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and addressing customer needs effectively
Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
Proficiency in using technology and customer service tools
Experience in call centers or similar environments is a plus
Availability to work on-site in Vieux Fort
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in related fields are an advantage
