Role Description

Are you passionate about building teams and guiding employees through the HR journey? We are looking for a new HR Coordinator to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will gain exposure to all human resources activities and assist with tasks throughout all areas of the HR department. In addition to supporting recruitment and helping to place new employees, the HR Coordinator also navigates employees through various human resource processes, answering any questions they may have.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supports onboarding, terminations, and employee records management
Assists with recruitment, including scheduling interviews and tracking candidate progress
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including correspondence, filing, and document management
Coordinate IT access updates and maintained distribution lists
Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making
Prepare reports and handle data for HR programs and initiatives
Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims, and tracking

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development or Psychology.
A minimum of 1 year related experience required
Knowledge and Experience with using Human Resource Management Information System
Experience using HR Plus/Bamboo HR is an asset
