We are looking for a Sales Supervisor in Saint Lucia, someone with experience in team supervision, a results-driven mindset, and strong skills to coordinate and motivate sales teams. If you are passionate about tourism and ready to lead a dynamic team, we want to meet you!

What will you do as a Sales Supervisor?

• Review and ensure compliance with your sales team’s KPIs.

• Supervise daily settlements for each representative.

• Ensure teams are aligned with company objectives.

• Provide the team with the necessary tools to carry out daily activities and motivate them to achieve goals.

• Prepare weekly schedules for sales representatives at hospitality desks.

• Ensure hospitality desks comply with established protocols.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

• Drive sales performance and push for results.

• Present performance reports and track KPIs.

• Ensure proper area coverage and strong penetration ratios.

• Execute strategies and follow company guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

What do we expect from you?

Must-haves:

• At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role, supervising hospitality desks and/or concessions in hotels.

• Sales and team leadership experience.

• Results-driven mindset.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Availability to work flexible hours.

Nice-to-haves:

• French is a PLUS

• Proficiency in technology and reporting tools
