Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Furniture Technician based in Hampshire. The Furniture Technician will be responsible for providing expert repair and restoration services, which include addressing leather and fabric damages, re-padding seat interiors, repairing springs and mechanisms, stitching repairs, frame maintenance, and wood restoration. The technician will also conduct assessments and provide quotations while maintaining excellent customer service throughout the entire process.

Qualifications

Experience with furniture repair, including leather/fabric restoration, stitching repairs, spring and mechanism maintenance, and wood restoration
Proficiency in assessing furniture damage, providing quotations, and recommending repair solutions to customers
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for excellent customer service
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently on-site
Experience in upholstery or carpentry is a plus
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations in Hampshire
