Role Description

Our client is seeking a transformative Production Manager to lead their manufacturing operations into a new era of efficiency and innovation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be the architect of their production strategy, tasked with achieving industry-leading quality, minimizing waste and fostering a high-performance safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enforce SOPs to maximize throughput and achieve 100% on-time delivery.
Oversee asset management (machinery, vessels) and lead complex troubleshooting.
Utilize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and waste metrics to guide continuous improvement.
Build a disciplined, "firm but fair" culture that prioritizes safety and accountability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Business Management.
7-10+ years in manufacturing management (3+ years in senior leadership).
Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or PMP certification is highly preferred.
Expert knowledge of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Quality Control systems (ISO/HACCP).
