We are a pioneering energy firm dedicated to building a sustainable future through an integrated energy project in The Bahamas, combining solar, gas-to-power, and energy storage technologies. As part of our expansion, we have established a new subsidiary in The Bahamas, where investment activities will begin in January and operational commissioning is expected over an 18-month period.

During this start-up phase, we are seeking a highly capable, hands-on, and self-driven Finance & Administrative Manager to manage all core finance, accounting, administrative, and basic HR processes for the newly established EA Energy. This role will serve as the key coordination, control, and reporting point between the Bahamas operation and our headquarters in Türkiye ensuring accurate reporting, financial discipline, local compliance, and continuous information flow.

The ideal candidate will also assist in verifying technical progress documentation, contractor invoicing and compliance-related filings, making this a uniquely multidisciplinary and impactful role.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting (Primary Focus)

Support establishment of the company’s finance and accounting infrastructure in coordination with HQ in Türkiye.
Manage bookkeeping, invoice validation, expense tracking, vendor payments, and cost-control workflows.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc financial reports for senior management in Türkiye.
Maintain accurate financial records aligned with IFRS and internal policies.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks and local financial service providers as needed.
Monitor budgets, cash flow requirements and financial compliance during the start-up phase.
Cross-check and validate contractor invoices, work progress documents, and technical support files.
Serve as the eyes and ears on the ground.

Administrative Operations

Oversee all administrative activities of the newly established EA Energy.
Manage office set-up, vendor onboarding, service contracts and internal documentation.
Handle travel, logistics, registrations, permits, licenses and other corporate documentation.
Track and follow up on government correspondence, reporting obligations and regulatory processes.
Act as the primary operational bridge with HQ, Türkiye.

Human Resources (Supportive Role)

Maintain employee files, timesheets and HR documentation.
Support local recruitment coordination (with guidance from HQ, Türkiye).
Ensure compliance with internal HR rules and local regulations (with guidance from HQ, Türkiye).
Assist with HR reports and administrative summaries.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
5–7 years of experience in finance, accounting or administrative roles.
Strong command of financial reporting, bookkeeping principles and budgeting.
High proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; IFRS knowledge required.
Excellent command of English; Turkish is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Hands-on mindset with adaptability and initiative.
