Blue Sky Luxury is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Payroll & HR Assistant to support the accurate administration of payroll and provide foundational human resources support across the employee lifecycle for the Villa portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through, and who enjoys working with systems, records, deadlines, and people. While payroll exposure is helpful, we are primarily looking for a candidate with strong organisational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive information with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support end-to-end payroll administration, including preparation of payroll inputs, reporting, and reconciliation activities

Maintain accurate employee and payroll records, ensuring proper documentation control, confidentiality, and compliance with internal procedures.

Prepare payroll journals, wage analyses, and related reports, identifying discrepancies and supporting timely resolution.

Support HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract updates, probation tracking, and separations.

Prepare HR correspondence and provide administrative support for consultations, disciplinary matters, and employee relations processes.

Provide policy-aligned administrative guidance to managers on routine HR and payroll matters.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in HR, Accounts, Business Administration, or a related field
A minimum of one year experience in an HR, payroll, accounting, or administrative role is desired
Exposure to payroll systems (e.g. MicroPay, Legacy) is helpful but not essential
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
