The Customer Support Specialist plays a critical frontline role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the accurate processing of financial transactions and the smooth operation of office functions. This position serves as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely support, resolving inquiries and complaints, and facilitating transactions with accuracy, professionalism, and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in customer-facing environments—particularly in teller or transactional roles—demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, and excels at building trust-based client relationships while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Minimum Years of Experience: 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer support across digital channels, resolving inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related issues efficiently.
Facilitate and process customer transactions accurately, in compliance with internal controls and fintech best practices.
Maintain precise daily and weekly financial records, including till balances and transaction postings.
Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and escalate complex issues as needed.
Capture, document, and report customer feedback, bugs, and product issues to internal teams.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activities.
Cross-sell and introduce digital products and services based on customer needs.
Support day-to-day office and operational functions, including reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer support, teller operations, or a similar transactional role, preferably within a financial or tech-enabled environment.
Strong understanding of customer service excellence in digital financial services.
High attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in handling financial transactions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with digital tools; proficiency in Google Workspace is an asset.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
