Exclusive Aviation is a growing aviation company operating across charter, aircraft management, and maintenance services. As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative and office functions.

About the Role

The Office Assistant supports the internal office environment by assisting with administrative tasks, record keeping, and general coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling routine office tasks in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support to management and department teams

· Meet and greet clients

· Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records

· Prepare, organize, and file documents (digital and physical)

· Assist with internal scheduling and meeting coordination

· Manage office supplies and general office organization

· Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communications

· Support day-to-day office operations and special projects as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

· Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Comfortable learning and using internal office systems

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
