Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Nassau, with flexibility for some remote work options. The Funds / Operational Officer will manage and oversee daily operational activities while ensuring efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, managing operational workflows, ensuring adherence to policies, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the organization’s overall objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to manage processes and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

Strong Funds, Operational Management and Analytical Skills to oversee workflow, ensure efficiency, and troubleshoot issues.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for maintaining client relationships and collaborating effectively with team members.
Knowledge and experience in Finance, including understanding financial analysis and practices.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to hybrid work environments.
Proficiency with relevant tools, software, and systems related to operations and finance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role or familiarity with fiduciary and operational processes is desirable.
