We’re on a mission to deliver quality, affordable fashion to Kiwi whānau, and we’re looking for a Merchandise Assistant to join our Planning Team and help bring our product ranges to life.

Do the mahi

We’re on the lookout for a Merchandise Assistant to join our fun-loving and hard-working Merchandise team based at our Ellerslie Support Office. This role supports a Planner and Buyer and offers excellent exposure to the full product lifecycle. From purchase orders to stock and store analysis, you’ll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly.

Support product development through order entry, and reporting
Maintain accurate records and tracking for purchase orders, stock, and promotions
Assist with weekly, monthly quarterly sales and stock analysis
Keep samples and product data tidy, organised, and up to date
Assisting in preparation of orders with a strong emphasis in managing data accuracy.
Involvement in promotional activity to load and prepare markdown lists and promos for stores with high accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skill
Assists in identifying key product and market trends
Post season analysis
Assist with order tracking
Performs ad‑hoc tasks as required

A passion for fashion, retail, and understanding our customer
Strong attention to detail and confidence with numbers
Comfortable in Excel
Clear communicator with a proactive, team-focused mindset
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bonus if you’ve worked in retail or admin, but it’s not essential
