The Supply Chain Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of our supply chain. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee all warehouse activities, manage a team of warehouse staff, and ensure our restaurants receive the supplies needed to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

Work with SCM Director to develop and manage the warehouse budget, including operating expenses

and capital investments.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or delays promptly.
Maintain accurate inventory records for all supplies and ingredients.
Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize wastage and loss.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Hire, train, and supervise warehouse and delivery staff, including drivers, stock clerks, and forklift

operators.

Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies to multiple restaurant locations.
Manage and optimize WMS (Warehouse Management System), warehouse layout, and processes to

maximize efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, order accuracy, and on-time deliveries.
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and freshness of ingredients.
Address quality issues promptly and work with suppliers to resolve quality-related problems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food service or restaurant industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent people skills, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of inventory management software and systems
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, if required
