Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Retail & Fulfillment Assistant, located in Port of Spain.

As the Retail & Fulfillment Assistant you will handle daily tasks such as providing excellent customer service, assisting with retail sales, managing inventory, packing and shipping in-store orders, wholesale and online orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining store presentation and supporting promotional activities.

Skills & Qualifications

· 5 CSEC passes including Mathematics and English.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Comfortable with technology.

· Pleasant and upbeat personality.

Preferred (but not required)

· Experience in a customer service role

· Knowledge of trends in the beauty/fragrance community

Hours: 24 per week (Tuesday - Saturday)
