Role Description

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure an efficient workflow and consistently high-quality service. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing a team of technicians, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. The Service Manager also works closely with the Parts Manager to maintain adequate inventory of standard parts and handle special orders as needed. In addition, they develop and implement policies and procedures aimed at improving service delivery. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, providing training and support to staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The position also carries financial duties such as cost control, reporting, and the collection of all service work orders. Through strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives, the Service Manager plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

Three (3) A ‘Level / Cape subjects.
Certification in Appliance Repair.
Diploma in Management.
Minimum of five (5) years customer service experience preferably within a leading corporate. environment in the Service Sector with a demonstrated track record of outstanding achievement.
Technical knowledge of Appliance repair.
