Job Title: Events / Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to: Business Development and Marketing Manager

Location: Head Office - Arouca

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer focused Events / Marketing

Coordinator to increase event bookings and deliver exception client experiences. From initial

client inquiry to coordinating, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to event inquiries and conduct client consultations to understand needs
Manage event bookings, scheduling and calendar coordination
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new event business opportunity
Respond promptly to inquiries, conduct venue tours, and create compelling proposal
Track and report on leads, conversion rates, and booking trends.
Oversee setup, execution and breakdown of events, handle on-the-day coordination, troubleshooting, and client communications
Conduct post-event follow up and feedback collection
