We are a fast-growing company providing businesses with innovative and tailored solutions using the Odoo ERP platform. We are looking for an Odoo Sales and Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Odoo ERP system and a passion for helping clients implement and maximize its capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Generate leads and actively pursue sales opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions.

Understand customer requirements and provide tailored Odoo solutions to meet their business needs.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to showcase Odoo’s capabilities.

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring alignment with company goals.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies.

Customer Support:

Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers during and after the Odoo implementation process.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo ERP, including modules, workflows, and integrations.

Assist clients with product configuration, customization, and user training.

Develop and maintain a knowledge base to streamline support processes.

Provide periodic follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the technical and development teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of Odoo solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo releases and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Participate in internal training sessions and product meetings to improve product knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in ERP solutions or software sales.

In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP, including modules like CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and build strong relationships.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical customers.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with support ticket systems and CRM tools.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for customer success.

Experience in training and mentoring clients or team members is a plus.

Education

Tertiary level qualifications in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).

Prior experience with Odoo sales and support (highly preferred).
