FOREMAN / FACTORY SUPERVISOR

ARCHITECTURAL WOODWORKING LTD

Architectural Woodworking Ltd, a leading manufacturer, supplier, and installer of high-quality woodwork products, is seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman / Factory Supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will:

✔ Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a woodworking factory environment

✔ Be skilled in working with solid wood and laminates

✔ Have proven experience managing and motivating factory staff

✔ Be able to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects from production to installation

✔ Be competent in taking accurate site measurements to plan production and installations

✔ Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met

✔ Have hands-on experience in installations and resolving on-site challenges

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Supervise and manage factory workers to achieve production targets

🔹 Oversee the manufacture of custom woodwork products to high quality standards

🔹 Plan and schedule production and installation timelines

🔹 Liaise with project managers, clients, and installation teams

🔹 Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive factory environment

Requirements:

✅ 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the woodworking industry

✅ Strong technical knowledge of woodworking processes, materials, and machinery

✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

✅ Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

✅ Valid driver’s license (preferred)
