JUNIOR DIGITAL MEDIA PRODUCER

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Media Creator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for social media, graphic design, and content creation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan and create engaging content across our social media platforms.
Design visually compelling graphics to support social media campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build community and brand loyalty.
Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future posts and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Assist with basic photography and videography tasks as needed to enhance content quality.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES

Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
Proficiency in graphic design software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative thinking with a strong eye for visual composition.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Basic understanding in the implementation of AI for marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Five (5) CXC O’ Level passes, including mathematics and English.
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
Significant experience creating high-quality marketing content.
Capable of managing multiple competing priorities.
Comprehensive understanding of impactful marketing tactics.
A recent Certificate of Good Character will also be required.
