Role Description The Assistant role at Sprayground is a full-time hybrid position based in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing administrative support to team members, organizing schedules and meetings, coordinating communications, and maintaining files and records. The Assistant will help with basic project coordination, prepare reports and presentations, and support internal and external events or product-related activities. The role also involves handling email and phone inquiries, tracking tasks and deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, marketing, and operations. This position requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through in a creative, fashion-focused environment.

Qualifications

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to handle schedules, documents, and multiple projects.
Graphic Design experience and openness to creativity
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email and calendar systems).
Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and professional responses to inquiries.
Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing reports, updating records, and following established processes.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
Customer service mindset and professional demeanor when interacting with partners, vendors, and team members.
Interest in fashion, streetwear, or design, with a willingness to support creative projects and brand-related initiatives.
A relevant diploma or degree in business, administration, or a related field is an asset.
