🚀 Telesales Manager – High-Ticket Trading Education

£50,000 Base + Strong Performance Override | Hampton Court (Office-Based)

Leads are hot - we are the market leader and we have the best program in the world.
Deals are high-ticket (£2k–£25k+)
And performance is non-negotiable

🔥 The Mission

We are leaving serious revenue on the table.

Your job is to:

This is an office-based role at Hampton Court.

We believe great sales teams are built in the room, not on Zoom.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing (No Fluff)

You will:

Lead from the front — daily stand-ups, live call monitoring, pipeline reviews
Recruit, train, manage, and (when needed) remove salespeople
Ensure same-day follow-up on all hot leads (speed matters)
Run daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting
Build a culture where targets are hit or consequences follow
Scale from 5 agents to 15+ as performance proves out

You will own the number.

You’ve managed telesales teams before (not just “supported” them)
