About A’ILA Resorts

A’ILA is creating a new hospitality and lifestyle destination in Saint Lucia, bringing together resorts, residences, dining, wellness and curated experiences.

As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a professional, organised and guest-focused Reservations Agent to join the A’ILA Resorts team.

The Role

The Reservations Agent will be responsible for managing guest reservation enquiries, processing bookings accurately and supporting a smooth guest journey from the first point of contact.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and previous experience in hospitality, reservations or guest services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries by phone, email and other communication channels

• Process new reservations, modifications and cancellations accurately

• Provide guests with clear information about room types, rates, packages and available services

• Maintain accurate guest and reservation information within the property management system

• Assist guests with special requests and booking-related enquiries

• Ensure reservation details, rates and booking conditions are communicated clearly

• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments regarding guest requirements

• Support upselling opportunities where appropriate

• Monitor booking details and ensure accurate data entry

• Maintain professional and timely communication with guests throughout the reservation process

• Follow company procedures regarding deposits, payments, cancellations and booking policies

• Support the Reservations and Front Office teams with daily operational requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in reservations, front office, hospitality or a relevant customer service environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Professional, positive and guest-focused approach

• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks efficiently

• Comfortable using computers, booking platforms and hotel management systems

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required

Previous experience with Infor HMS is preferred.
