We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a high-profile luxury hotel project in Bahamas. This is a full-time expatriate position offering an exciting opportunity to work on a landmark development in the Caribbean.

Location: Bahamas (expatriate assignment)

Sector: Luxury Hospitality Construction

Contract: Full-time

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management
At least 10 years of demonstrable experience in the construction of large hotels (essential)
At least one completed luxury hotel project as Construction Manager (essential)
Fluency in English and Spanish at a business/negotiation level
Willingness and ability to relocate to Bahamas as an expatriate
Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record in delivering large-scale, high-end projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of construction for a luxury hotel development
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and on-site teams
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and budget standards
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and client representatives
Provide regular progress reports to senior management
