Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Rokers Point Settlement. This position involves managing a portfolio of residential properties, guiding clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, and providing expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating offers, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The Senior Property Consultant also contributes to business growth by developing new client relationships, maintaining ongoing communication with existing clients, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote properties and strengthen the Connect Homes brand.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in the real estate brokerage industry.
Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust, maintain long-term relationships, and provide customer-focused service.
Solid knowledge of local real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and regulatory considerations relevant to Rokers Point Settlement and surrounding areas.
Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with confident written and verbal skills.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with basic digital tools and property listing platforms; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Prior leadership or senior-level experience mentoring junior agents is preferred.
