Location: Remote

Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST

We are looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our growing ACCUR8 TMS team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring they feel supported and confident using our platform.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via live chat and short video calls.
Guide users through the ACCUR8 TMS platform and answer their questions.
Assist with on boarding new customers, helping them get set up and comfortable.
Provide friendly, clear, and timely support to resolve issues.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of the transportation industry (trucking, logistics, dispatch, etc.).
Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude.
Basic computer skills (navigating software, chat tools, video calls).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
