Role Description

The Group Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Georgetown. The role involves spearheading strategic HR initiatives, managing recruitment, overseeing employee performance, and ensuring compliance with workplace policies and local labor regulations. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for developing talent management strategies, conducting training programs, and fostering an inclusive and productive workplace culture. The position requires close collaboration with leadership teams to align HR strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
Proficiency in employee performance management, training, and leadership development
Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and workplace compliance
Proven ability in employee relations and fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture
Experience in organizational development and alignment of HR strategies with business goals
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a leadership role
Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is highly beneficial
