JOB FUNCTIONS

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing strategies and campaigns that build brand awareness to drive the growth of the assigned portfolio. The purpose of this role is to influence visibility, accessibility and availability of specific beverage brands while appealing to the targeted consumers.

DUTIES

Create brand plans that aim to gain market share and influence consumer perception.
Monitor and manage the portfolio’s sales targets, forecast, and distribution..
Identify plans and go-to-market strategies, using data-driven solutions.
Monitor competitive activities (promotions, pricing, media) and take initiative to protect portfolio market share.
Manage A&P expenditure and promotional collateral to maintain product branding..
Manage communications and media activities in all channels, including social media, radio print etc.
Liaise with and manage advertising activities at public relations agency
Communicate on/off-premise promotions and other activities to the sales and retail teams.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess their effectiveness.
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
Devise innovation growth strategies, guided by sales data and analytics.
Extract relevant reports from the company network to assist with marketing strategies.
Liaise with vendors and prepare meeting presentations with the relevant market information.
Monitor product inventory to ensure adequate stock for promotions and sales.
Manage Price To Consumer (PTC) and ensure national promotions are effectively executed in Nassau, Freeport, Abaco, Eleuthera, and others, where possible.
Monitoring of accounts 30, 60, 90 days, creating an opportunity report to determine coverage and distribution opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

Suitably qualified with at least one year’s experience in marketing, sales, or management
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and other software and applications
Excellent customer service, professional communication, and team-building skills
Demonstrated leadership skills, a multi-tasker, and is an independent thinker
Knowledge of the beverage industry is a plus, or willingness to learn wines and spirits
Ability to perform under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
Availability to work flexible shifts with frequent late nights and weekends
Willingness and availability to travel domestically and internationally for work
Current driver’s license, valid passport, and visa(s) for international travel
Reliable transportation that maintains annual vehicle licensing, registration, and insurance
Follow dress policy as described in the company’s uniform policy document

HOURS & BENEFITS

Expectation to work 40-hours per week with flexible shifts Monday through Sunday
Compensation package includes salary and commission based on sales performance
Eligible to receive 50% assistance on your individual health insurance premium
