We are inviting applications for the position of Chef de Cuisine at one of the Caribbean’s most exclusive and discreet 5-star ultra luxury island resorts. Nestled on a private island and backed by a globally recognised and diverse hospitality group, this boutique property is a destination for discerning travellers who expect the very highest culinary standards.

This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished and forward-thinking chef to take charge of multiple dining outlets in a beautifully supported, remote environment. The role is suited to someone who is passionate about modern, evolving cuisine, confident in leading with creativity, and skilled in delivering seamless operations at the very top end of the market.

The Chef de Cuisine reports directly to the Culinary Director, working collaboratively to shape the culinary identity of the resort and push boundaries of innovation and guest satisfaction.

The Role

Lead the daily culinary operations across several distinct outlets, including fine dining, relaxed luxury, and in-villa private experiences

Develop and evolve menus that reflect modern global influences, with a strong seasonal and local focus

Uphold ultra-premium standards in food presentation, sustainability, guest satisfaction, and kitchen hygiene

Lead and mentor a talented, multicultural kitchen team with high emotional intelligence and a hands-on leadership style

Work in close partnership with the Culinary Director, F&B, and hotel management to ensure consistent excellence across the guest experience

Bring creativity, structure and adaptability to the challenges and rewards of a remote, high-profile resort kitchen

Who You Are

A results-driven Chef de Cuisine with prior experience in remote island luxury resorts (Caribbean experience preferred)

Background in Michelin-starred or internationally awarded fine dining kitchens

Deep understanding of contemporary cuisine and evolving global dining trends, including dietary preferences and sustainability

Calm, resourceful, and capable of managing logistics and supply challenges unique to remote settings

A natural leader who values training and development, with a passion for team-building and cultural diversity
