Role Description

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service & Contact Center Representative to join our team. This role is a full-time (Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm), on-site role at our Head Office location in Arouca. You will be responsible for managing customer communications, resolving inquiries, and ensuring our members are delighted in their customer support experience.
