Job Summary:

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to develop your leadership skills, business acumen, and operational knowledge. This position offers hands-on experience in various areas of the business unit, equipping you for a possible future leadership role within the company.

1. Project Management

2. Business Analysis – Various Environmental Scans

4. Mentorship and Leadership

Qualifications:

ü Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Economics.

ü Qualifications & Experience in Statistics, Data Science or related field will be an asset.

ü Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

ü Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

ü Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

ü Candidates with experience in managing teams will be an asset.

ü Candidates with a minimum of three (3) years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
