We are MSN Labs, and we are growing and strengthening our operations in Trinidad and Tobago. Therefore, we are seeking experienced Medical Representatives. The objective of this position is to promote the prescription and recommendation of our products, thereby achieving sales targets and securing top market position for those products that are strategic for the company.

Responsibilities

• Design strategies to introduce new products to assigned professionals or clients.

• Visit healthcare professionals to introduce and maintain product sales.

• Ensure the proper promotion of products, emphasizing their advantages and benefits to the assigned group of physicians, meeting defined coverage, average, and frequency targets.

• Prepare and submit daily reports of medical visits and CRM data to the Area Leader.

• Create the schedule and plan for all processes required for the proper performance of the role. • Responsible for designing and implementing strategies to retain prescribers through product promotion within their assigned territory, as well as developing new prescribers.

• Possess a thorough understanding of the technical information for the products handled.

• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of assigned products and key competitors.

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Health Sciences, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative.

Knowledge: Knowledge of the country's pharmaceutical market.

Skills: Assertive communication, teamwork, results-oriented, leadership, negotiation, and relationship building and influence.
