Caribbean Bottlers (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited is looking for a Production Process Coordinator to drive performance, optimize production processes, and support operational excellence in our beverage manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Support production planning and scheduling to meet sales demand

🔹 Monitor KPIs and analyze data to improve efficiency and reduce costs

🔹 Coordinate maintenance and sanitation to ensure plant hygiene and food safety compliance

🔹 Lead quality investigations and drive corrective actions

🔹 Champion safety standards and ensure GMP and ISO compliance

🔹 Train operational staff and collaborate on cross-functional projects

What You Bring:

✔️ Degree in a relevant field

✔️ Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment

✔️ Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & production systems

✔️ Knowledge of food safety, ISO, HSE standards
