Job Overview

WhiteRock Property Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven In-House Real Estate & Sales Agent to join our team. This role will focus on real estate sales, leasing, short-term rentals, and property management service sales, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be exclusive to WhiteRock, working on an attractive base salary plus commission structure, with access to leads, company resources, and a well-established brand.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Sales & Leasing

Market and sell residential, commercial, and vacation properties under WhiteRock’s portfolio.
Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions.
Conduct property showings, open houses, and negotiations to close deals.
Maintain an updated database of properties for sale and rent, ensuring accurate listings.
Develop relationships with developers, investors, and potential buyers to generate sales opportunities.

Short-Term Rentals & Vacation Rentals

Promote and secure bookings for WhiteRock-managed short-term rental properties.
Work with the Airbnb and vacation rental team to maximize occupancy and pricing strategies.
Assist in marketing short-term rental properties to corporate clients and travelers.
Handle lease negotiations and rental agreements for furnished and short-term stays.

Property Management Service Sales

Generate leads and onboard new property owners for WhiteRock’s property management services (residential, commercial, and vacation rentals).
Consult with property owners on WhiteRock’s full-service management solutions.
Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to demonstrate WhiteRock’s value proposition.
Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to convert them into management contracts.

General Sales & Business Development

Identify new business opportunities and build a network of clients, investors, and partners.
Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue.
Provide excellent client service, maintaining long-term relationships with property owners and tenants.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management sales.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven approach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while aligning with company goals.
Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and market trends.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and real estate listing platforms.
