Food and Beverage Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are searching for an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations across the hotel. This is a leadership role that requires a strong operational background, a commercial mindset, and the ability to inspire a team to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the hotel's dining culture and driving the performance of all food and beverage outlets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage all food and beverage operations across the hotel, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting
Develop and implement F&B; strategies that drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and front-of-house operations
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service standards across all outlets
Manage supplier relationships, procurement processes, and inventory control for all F&B; departments
Lead the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and private dining experiences at the property

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or senior F&B; leader in a hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment
Strong operational knowledge across multiple F&B; outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and beverage service standards
Experience with F&B; management systems, POS platforms, and inventory tools
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred
