Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Philadelphia for the role of Director of Patient Services. The Director of Patient Services will lead and oversee patient care operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely services. Responsibilities include coordinating patient intake processes, managing clinical staff, implementing workforce strategies, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This role also involves facilitating communication between patients, providers, and staff to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills to lead and support clinical staff effectively
Strong organizational and operational planning skills to oversee patient care processes
In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and industry best practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
Experience in patient services or healthcare staffing, particularly in behavioral health or psychiatry, is preferred
Proficiency in healthcare technology and software systems
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with diverse teams
