Executive Assistant Manager for an outstanding All-inclusive Deluxe Caribbean Resort

A major deluxe resort is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant Manager who is currently in this position and has a solid international rooms and food and beverage experience. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in a 5-star major resort/island/Caribbean all-inclusive setting,

This position reports to an outstanding General Manager and you will assist with the resort's overall operations by participating in decision-making related to the hotel policy, philosophy, directions, goals, and objectives and taking appropriate action to implement them as directed.

The Executive Assistant Manager must have a outstanding management style and will be very visible to all guests staying at this major 5-star resort property. Along with excellent team-building skills, the Executive Assistant Manager will mentor all team members to ensure the processes, procedures, and brand standards are adhered to, as well as execute and achieve financial goals for this property.

The Executive Assistant Manager must be results-oriented, passionate about guest engagement, and able to resolve/manage guest issues. The ideal candidate should possess some personal traits, such as being adaptable, charismatic, a natural host, a leader, a team player, assertive, and a good listener.

We will offer an excellent starting salary of around $100,000 US tax-free, plus service fees and an accommodation allowance and also outstanding company benefits, and future career progression. "Looking for future General Managers .....................
