Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Massage Therapist, based in Nassau with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Massage Therapist will deliver various therapeutic treatments, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and signature services, tailored to meet client-specific needs. Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, consulting with clients to determine appropriate services, and maintaining a professional and relaxing atmosphere. Therapists may work across various settings, including the in-spa location, client homes, resorts, and event venues.

Qualifications

Expertise in massage therapy techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, and other therapeutic modalities
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and safety standards for massage practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to consult with clients and ensure satisfaction
Ability to deliver high-quality service in diverse settings like spas, resorts, and mobile locations
Certification and/or licensing in massage therapy is required in The Bahamas
Organizational skills and reliability for managing appointments and maintaining professional environments
Commitment to client wellbeing and fostering a serene, high-end experience
Environmentally conscious and supportive of sustainable practices
