Mapping consumers’ needs and journeys, SuperPharm sought to provide an unmatched ‘one stop shop’ for the essential items they most need daily and on-the-go. These include health, food, grocery, stationery, personal care, beauty, baby, pet, unique gifts and more. Longer hours of operation, especially on weekends and Public Holidays further stretched the concept of ‘convenience’ built around the current busier lifestyles of consumers. SuperPharm Limited was incorporated in 2004, specifically with the goal of developing a chain of modern drug stores in Trinidad & Tobago. In 2005 the company opened its first outlet in Westmoorings. SuperPharm embarked on a series of Image Enhancement initiatives throughout the chain of 9 stores as continuous improvement is part of our DNA, focusing our in-store design on the enhanced comfort and convenience of our customers.
