Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Professional, located in Nassau, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. Responsibilities include facilitating property sales and acquisitions, consulting with clients, conducting market research, and ensuring seamless real estate transactions. The professional will assist clients in navigating the real estate market and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction at all levels of the real estate process.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Real Estate practices, including selling, listing, and purchasing property
Experience in Real Estate Development and understanding of market trends
Strong Customer Service skills to maintain and build client relationships
Knowledge of Sales techniques and strategies specific to the real estate industry
Understanding of Real Property laws and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
Must hold a valid Real Estate License in The Bahamas
Experience with property management software and market analysis tools is a plus
