Role Description

The Commercial Manager role at PURE Consultancy & Management Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Barbados. Responsibilities include overseeing financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency. The Commercial Manager will collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to align commercial strategies with project goals and maintain strong relationships. Additional duties involve preparing financial reports, analyzing risks, and contributing to the overall success of each project.

Qualifications

Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost analysis for construction projects
Strong skills in contract negotiation, procurement, and vendor management
Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and compliance with industry regulations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Proficient in project scheduling and financial reporting tools
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities
