Pulse Supply Chain Solutions Inc. is a well-known electronic recycling company. We are looking to fill in Business Development Support role. The position is to support New Business Development and manage the day-to-day responsibilities for our Key Accounts and business management of services.

Key Functional Support Needs

A qualified individual is to support Pre-Order to delivered results, including distributor and logistics & related supplier orchestration.

Customer advocate & Business Analyst Role:
Customer and related Channel set-up, Service level management
Sell out and reporting by customer and channel
Pricing set up and invoicing (Sales orders and Purchase orders)
Portal ordering and supplier execution
Key Account support on all related-on reporting, ordering and delivery needs
Order tracking and Performance accountability
Data updating for various related Metrics and Dashboards.
Delivery Orchestration with customers and Service partners
Create Daily report on Inventory, orders and, shipments
Maintain catalog’s for services programs
Gather and create Monthly & Quarterly
Coordinate Executive support needs and events
Roll-up of billing and services to be placed to be reviewed and invoiced timely

Qualifications

Proficient in Email, Excel and, Word
Strong Communications Skills
Must be organized and follow-up
Analysis and reporting experience
5+ years in demonstrated experience and advancement

Salary range: $45,000 – $60,000 per year
