VACANCY – ACCOUNTANT

JOB SUMMARY:

The Accountant has full responsibility for the accounting function across Pepe’s Group Limited and its subsidiary Companies. Reporting directly to the Governing Board, this role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting, statutory compliance, internal controls, and accounting operations. The Accountant provides leadership to the accounting team and serves as the primary financial liaison for auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Financial Reporting

Ø Internal Controls

Ø Month-End Close

Ø Statutory Compliance

Ø Regulatory Compliance

Ø Tax Compliance

Ø Budgeting

Ø Analysis (Cost)

Ø Board Support

Ø Leading Stock Counts

Ø Department Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø A recognized professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA)

Ø Progress toward full qualification will be considered, provided there is strong relevant experience and demonstrated competence

EXPERIENCE:

Ø At least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role

Ø Proven experience managing the full accounting function independently

Ø Demonstrated experience working directly with Directors or a Governing Board

Ø Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel, Word and other Office software

Ø Hands-on experience supervising and developing accounting staff

COMPENSATION PACKAGE - $18,000,00 PER MONTH
